WAVE are hiring Call Center Agents (CSR) for our US-based campaign.
If you can speak decent English and handle customer calls confidently, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do

• Handle outbound/inbound calls for the US market
• Answer customer questions clearly and professionally
• Follow scripts and meet daily call targets
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and a positive attitude during shifts
• Work with the team and stay consistent in performance
