Position: Customer Sales Representative (CSR) – Night Shift

Salary: Starting from PKR 30,000/- + Incentives

About the Role:
P-Tech is on the lookout for energetic and motivated Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our call center team. As a CSR, you’ll be the friendly voice connecting with customers, handling outbound calls, resolving queries, and promoting services. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates to build a career in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding products and services.
• Listen carefully to customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
• Document customer details and interactions in the system.
• Upsell and recommend services when appropriate.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while engaging with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Age: 18+ years.
• Excellent English communication and listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Quick learner, adaptable to new processes.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
