Customer Service Representative (CSR) required on urgent Basis.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in customer service and make a positive impact within a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:
• Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat to verify about their orders and information.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide information about products or services.
• Problem Resolution:
• Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with team members to find effective solutions.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Prepare reports summarising customer feedback and common concerns.
• Product/Service Knowledge:
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our products or services to effectively assist customers.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
• Share insights and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Call center experience is preferred .
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a positive customer experience.
