Working Hours: 11 PM to 8AM - Monday To Saturday

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented *Customer Support Representative (CSR)* Upwork Bidder with excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, responsive, and has a strong command of professional English.

The core responsibility of this role will be bidding on freelance platforms like Upwork, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining clear and professional communication with potential leads.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Write and submit well-crafted proposals on platforms like Upwork and others.

* Communicate professionally with clients via messages, email, and calls.

* Understand project requirements and respond to clients with tailored solutions.

* Maintain records of bids, follow-ups, and responses.

* Collaborate with the internal team to ensure accurate project understanding and delivery.

*Requirements:*

* Strong written and spoken English is a must.

* Prior experience with Upwork or other freelance platforms is a plus.

* Ability to write clear, persuasive proposals.

* Basic understanding of digital services and remote work.

* Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable.
