Bidding Expert

Astron Hosts is looking for an experienced Bidding Specialist to manage and win projects on various freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of IT services (web hosting, software development, and digital marketing), and the ability to write professional proposals that convert into projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other platforms
• Write clear, customized, and persuasive proposals to clients
• Maintain strong communication with potential and existing clients
• Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets effectively
• Collaborate with the development and sales team to ensure project success
• Meet monthly bidding and project acquisition targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bidding and project acquisition on freelance platforms
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and prepare winning proposals
• Knowledge of IT services, web development, and digital marketing
• Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
