Online Bidder (Upwork & Freelancer.com )

Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior/Mid-Level Upwork & Freelancer Bidder to join our in-house team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have proven experience on Upwork or Freelancer.com (or similar platforms), with a strong ability to identify, analyze, and bid on website development, Design and Application development projects.

This is a night shift office-based role, ideal for someone confident in client communication and technical proposal writing.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and bid on relevant projects
• Draft customized proposals tailored to client requirements
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand project scopes
• Track and report on bidding performance and win rates
• Stay updated on market trends and client needs
• Suggest improvements to increase bidding effectiveness

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1+ year of experience as a bidder
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with software services: Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, etc.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
• Able to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• Proficiency in using Freelancer.com and understanding its bidding dynamics
