Customer Care Representative

Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: QAR 2,000 per month (Basic)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Pashto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company database.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary.
• Build sustainable relationships and build trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

Requirements:

• Languages: Fluent in English and Pashto (both verbal and written is essential).
• Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in a customer service or customer support role.
• Age Criteria: 24 - 35 years old.
• Gender: Male / Female

• Basic Salary: QAR 2,000 per month.
