Location: Rawalpindi

Salary: 40K-45K

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily customer service operations and frontline staff.
• Ensure excellent guest experiences and resolve customer queries/complaints effectively.
• Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and maintain discipline.
• Implement customer service policies and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirement:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle customer issues professionally and maintain a positive environment.
