Site Supervisor

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire Site Supervisor based in Rawalpindi.

Position: Site Supervisor (Rawalpindi)

Qualification: Bachelors in Civil engineering or Civil technology

Experience: 2-3 years

Salary: 70k -80k

Job Duties:

1. Developing plans and strategies to effectively manage budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables

2. Establishing viable project plans, managing risks and dependencies

3. Communicating with stakeholders, team members, management, and external partners

4. Making sure that the project produces the required outputs within the specified time frame, cost, and quality standards

5. Troubleshooting any problems emerging in the course of project delivery

6. Understanding all engineering and technical drawings to properly guide effective execution of the project.

7. Developing processes and procedures to ensure the successful completion of projects

8. Coordinating with design team in order to prepare and implement design solutions that meet the project's requirements

9. Liaising with supply chain management and vendor management teams in order to effectively manage procurement of resources

10. Ensuring compliance to safety and environmental standard

11. Overseeing Research & Development, and reverse engineering on new product technologies

12. Coordinating with IT department to ensure all networks and systems are setup properly to meet the project’s requirements
