Mapera Enterprises is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring safety standards, quality control, and efficient project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities and monitor site progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Manage material deliveries and handle inventory control.
• Resolve any site-related issues or delays.

Education & Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Relevant diploma is a plus.

Experience:

• 4 to 5 years of experience in construction site supervision or a related role.
