Construction Manager – Retail & High-End Projects (Remote Oversight) Night Shift

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of high-end retail and commercial projects across USA. This role requires the ability to remotely manage and inspect project sites, ensuring alignment with architectural standards, timelines, and brand expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail store construction, architectural coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction of luxury retail stores from initial planning to final handover
• Oversee site execution through remote inspections and submit timely progress summaries to leadership
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and vendors to maintain design and execution integrity
• Remotely supervise contractors and site teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Conduct remote quality checks and resolve site-related issues proactively
• Track project milestones and provide regular updates to management, including visual documentation
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, brand standards, and local building codes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in retail, commercial, or luxury construction projects
• Proven ability to manage and inspect multiple sites remotely
• Strong understanding of high-end finishes, materials, and retail space layouts
• Proficient in project tracking tools (e.g., Trello, MS Project, Google Workspace)
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Experience working with or understanding of U.S. retail construction standards and operational practices
• Preferred: Experience working with Chinese contractors, suppliers, or project teams
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Shift Details:

Timings : Night shift

Working days: 6 days a week
