Contract Manager – Infrastructure & Smart Grid Projects

HRSG is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee contractual and commercial aspects of large-scale infrastructure and smart grid projects in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage full contract lifecycle (drafting, negotiation, administration, close-out).

-Prepare and defend claims including EOTs, cost variations, and scope changes.

- Support dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration, litigation).

- Prepare reports, claims summaries, event logs, and contractual correspondence.

-Identify and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.

-Ensure compliance with PPRA Rules, P3A Act, provincial PPP laws, and Pakistan Contract Act, 1872.

-Liaise with internal teams (planning, procurement, legal, finance) and external stakeholders.

-Apply knowledge of FIDIC/NEC or international contract standards to project execution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

- 8–12 years of experience in contract management for infrastructure or utility projects.

- Strong knowledge of FIDIC/NEC and proven expertise in claims and dispute resolution.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in smart grid, utility automation, or DCC projects.

- Proficiency in contract management tools/ERP systems.

- Strong legal and regulatory knowledge of PPP projects in Pakistan.

- Bilingual: Fluent in English and local languages (Urdu, Sindhi).

Pay: Rs350,000.00 - Rs380,000.00 per month
