Floor Incharge-Township

The Floor Incharge will be responsible for maintaining discipline, cleanliness, and smooth daily operations on their assigned school floor. They will coordinate between teachers, students, and administrative staff to ensure a safe and productive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marticulation or intermediate required
• Supervise daily activities on the assigned floor.
• Maintain discipline among students during class transitions, breaks, and dispersal.
• Ensure classrooms, corridors, and facilities remain clean and orderly.
• Monitor student movement and assist in crowd management.
• Report any incidents, maintenance needs, or disciplinary issues to the administration.
• Assist teachers in managing student behavior outside classrooms.
• Ensure school rules and regulations are followed by students.
• Support in organizing school events and activities.
• Maintain attendance or movement records when required.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle students with patience and authority.
• Basic problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs20,000.00 per month
