Floor Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations. The Floor Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including waiters, bussers, and hosts.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly.
  • Assist in training, scheduling, and motivating staff.
  • Oversee floor operations to maintain cleanliness, efficiency, and safety.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with management on supply needs.
  • Enforce company policies and health & safety regulations.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and maintaining cost controls.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and health regulations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
