Warehouse Pharmacist

About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Warehouse Pharmacist to oversee the storage, handling, and distribution of pharmaceutical products at our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with GMP guidelines, maintain accurate records, and support smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical stock.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor storage conditions to maintain product quality and integrity.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, DRAP regulations, and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Manage batch segregation, FEFO/FIFO systems, and proper labeling of stock.

Requirements:

• Pharm-D from a recognized institution (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP preferred).
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
