Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our high-rise construction project team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in site supervision, construction coordination, and on-site safety. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring the work is carried out according to the project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising and managing construction activities on-site for a high-rise project.
• Monitor the execution of civil, structural, and finishing works as per approved drawings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and workers to ensure timely progress.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety protocols and compliance with HSE standards.
• Conduct daily inspections and prepare reports on site activities, progress, and material usage.
• Assist in managing materials, tools, and equipment efficiently on site.
• Report site issues and progress updates to senior engineers and project managers.
• Ensure work is done according to specifications, standards, and within project timelines.
• Help resolve minor technical issues on-site and escalate major issues as needed.
• Maintain site discipline and ensure labor productivity.

Requirements:

• Diploma (DAE – Civil)
• 5–6 years of experience in site supervision, preferably on high-rise or multi-story building projects.
• Basic knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and high-rise project requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site layouts.
• Familiar with safety regulations and standard quality control procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with project tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• HSE or OSHA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with structural work, concrete pouring, and finishing supervision.
• Familiarity with construction site documentation and reporting procedures.
