Call Centre Agent

Rawalpindi, Pakistan

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers over the phone. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Answer inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, ensuring all issues are handled promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input customer information, interactions, and updates into the customer database.
  • Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on customer issues to ensure complete satisfaction and resolution.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance goals, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous call center, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve conflicts and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using computer systems, customer service software, and phone systems.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and adjust to changes in procedures or technology.
  • Availability: Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM software and call center technology.
  • Communication (in English).
  • Strong typing and data entry skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
