About the Role:

In this role, you’ll be making outbound calls, verifying customer details, answering queries, and ensuring each interaction is smooth and professional. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to verify customer information.
• Listen actively, understand customer needs, and provide accurate responses.
• Record customer interactions properly in the system.
• Recommend or upsell products/services when required.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout calls.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of call center experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving ability.
• Positive mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
