Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has previously worked in a Cost Estimation/Construction Estimation company or a Call Center HR role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete HR cycle including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and compliance. Experience in handling a target-driven, fast-paced environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for cost estimators, call center staff, and other positions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Conduct employee onboarding, training, and orientation programs.
- Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts to ensure a healthy work environment.
- Support management with workforce planning, appraisals, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in building a positive organizational culture aligned with company values.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Collaborate with management to improve retention, motivation, and employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven HR experience in a Cost Estimation / Construction Estimation company or Call Center industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, particularly for technical and sales roles.
- Familiar with HRIS systems, payroll software, and employee performance tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with construction/estimation workforce recruitment.
- Experience in high-volume hiring (call center agents or sales staff).
- Knowledge of US labor compliance (a plus if company works with international clients).
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
