- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help with onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting inductions.
- Support HR in maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing HR-related correspondence.
- Assist in handling employee queries and concerns.
- Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement and wellness programs.
- Support HR in performance management processes, such as appraisals and feedback collection.
- Help with HR compliance tasks and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
