HR Intern

Rawalpindi, Pakistan

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help with onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting inductions.
  • Support HR in maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing HR-related correspondence.
  • Assist in handling employee queries and concerns.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement and wellness programs.
  • Support HR in performance management processes, such as appraisals and feedback collection.
  • Help with HR compliance tasks and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month
