- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions, collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Management of employee movement -Transfers, Confirmation in Employment, Resignations which includes management of transfer forms / proposals.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Prepare Final Settlements of all outgoing staff as per company policy.
- Conduct the HR session of newly hired employees that includes employee orientation, development and training.
- Dealing with all the concerns related to EOBI and PESSI and Labor Welfare.
- Dealing with the issues that are related to employees.
- Working on Employee Motivation and safety of workforce.
- Policy development and dealing with all documentation related to policies.
- Continuous development of HR Department.
- Setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences.
- Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality continuous improvement.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
