Responsibilities
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and online research to determine potential fit.
- Engage with US-based prospects to gather key information and assess interest in company products and services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions and qualification status in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align qualification criteria and handoff processes.
- Follow up with prospects at various stages of the pipeline to nurture and convert leads.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
Technical responsibilities
- CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Lead qualification frameworks and outreach best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and detail orientation.
- Fluency in English is a MUST.
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Candidates with exceptional English communication skill are encouraged to apply
- 0–2 years of experience in a lead qualification or similar role (Experience is preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in HubSpot & Salesforce is a PLUS

- 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Tuesday - Saturday)
