Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Call Center Agent cum Front Desk Executive with proven UAE experience in an aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, managing appointments, and actively upselling and cross-selling aesthetic treatments and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
• Respond to inquiries regarding treatments, packages, and promotions
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Upsell and cross-sell clinic services and skincare products
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Welcome and assist patients at the front desk
• Maintain accurate patient records and CRM updates
• Coordinate with doctors and therapists regarding schedules
• Handle billing, payments, and follow-ups
• Ensure excellent patient experience and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years UAE experience in an Aesthetic Clinic (Mandatory)
• Strong sales skills with upselling and cross-selling experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Presentable and customer-focused
• Confident in handling targets and KPIs
• Immediate availability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
