Job Description:
Join our team at Al-Nasr Driving Academy! We are looking for a professional Call Center & Customer Relations Officer to handle customer inquiries, manage bookings, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities:-
- Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Explain driving courses, programs, prices, and offers clearly to potential clients.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed registrations and follow up on client status.
- Continuously follow up and resolve customer complaints, preparing regular reports on issues, actions taken, and resolution status.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Record and update all client interactions accurately in the academy’s system.
- Monitor potential clients until the registration process is fully completed.
Requirements:-
- Previous experience in Call Center or customer service.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Organized, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Arabic is an advantage.
