This on-site position is ideal for a motivated, hardworking individual who is career-minded and ready to provide exceptional customer support.
Starting Pay: $18 hourly ($17.25 per hour + $.75 shift differential
Shift: Mon.-Sat. 10:30am - 7:00pm. Off Sundays and one other day during the week.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls regarding orders, deliveries, service issues, and general inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide phone support to internal departments, including Delivery, Customer Service, and Store teams, to ensure smooth coordination.
- Follow up on customer issues and service requests promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and clear communication.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Call center or customer service experience preferred
