Call Center / Customer Service Rep (remote, based in Erie PA area)

**This role is work from home but must live within driving distance of Pittsburgh. You will need to visit the site in Pittsburgh in person**

• Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services.
• Providing accurate and consistent information.
• Providing quality customer service and support.

Call Center Qualifications for the position include:

• 1-2 years experience in a call center environment is a must have.
• Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people.
• Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
• Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
• Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Portuguese) strongly preferred.
