<li>Supervise QA staff and support team development</li>
<li>Conduct call and process quality reviews</li>
<li>Analyze performance reports and identify improvements</li>
<li>Provide coaching and feedback to operational teams</li>
<li>Develop quality improvement initiatives</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with operational policies</li>
<li>Prepare QA reports and recommendations</li>
</ul>Requirements:
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications</h2>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field required or equivalent experience</li>
<li>3+ years of quality assurance experience in a contact center environment</li>
<li>Strong analytical and communication skills</li>
<li>Experience with call monitoring systems and reporting tools</li>
<li>Leadership experience preferred</li>
