Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals and families with a variety of inbound calls including applications, enrollment, provider selection, and general questions.
• Assisting individuals with information and support regarding health care benefits.
• Providing accurate and consistent information.
• Providing quality customer service and support.

Qualifications for the position include:

• Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people.
• Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
• Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
• Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.
