Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Advisor, located in 6th of October. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing professional guidance regarding products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Advisors will also assist with account-related questions, handle complaints, and update customers on company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and address their needs
• Proficiency in problem-solving and a customer-focused approach to resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Familiarity with customer service etiquette and call-handling techniques
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
• Fluency in both written and spoken English; additional language skills are advantageous
• Previous experience in customer service roles is a strong advantage

• Grads and Dropouts Only
• Fluent English B2 level
• Flexible with Rotational shifts (including Night & Overnight)
• Full-time | Onsite in 6th of October (Smart Village)
