Call Center- Customer Service Representative

Job Description

One Network is seeking 50 motivated and professional M-TAG Customer Service Representatives to join our team. If you have a passion for customer service and a background in cash handling, we want to hear from you! This role involves assisting customers with M-TAG services, managing transactions, and ensuring a high-quality service experience across various locations in Pakistan.

Job Criteria / Requirements

  • Education: Minimum 12 years of education (Science or Commerce background preferred).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the Customer Service (CSR) field.
  • Cash Handling: Proven experience in handling cash and managing financial transactions accurately.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations and software.
