A Call Center Executive handles customer interactions calls to resolve issues, provide product info, and ensure satisfaction, focusing on timely, accurate responses, updating CRM records, meeting targets, and escalating complex problems, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and patience.

  • Customer Interaction: Answer/make calls, emails, chats; provide info, troubleshoot issues, process orders/payments.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify needs, resolve complaints, de-escalate situations calmly, follow up.
  • Data Management: Accurately update customer records (CRM), log interactions, ensure data security.
  • Performance: Meet KPIs for call volume, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Report trends, suggest system/process enhancements, collaborate with other teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
