Job Responsibilities: As a Compliance Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of export operations and maintaining regulatory compliance. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitor Export Uplifts:
• Oversee and track the export uplift process to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Report Incidents to Cross-Functional Departments:
• Act as a liaison between different departments, promptly reporting any incidents or irregularities to ensure quick resolution.
• Maintain Offloading Records:
• Keep meticulous records of offloading activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness for compliance purposes.
• Coordinate with Hub for Media Connectivity
• Check and Ensure Scanning on Export Shipments
• Monitor Outbound Delays and Compile Records:
• Keep a close eye on outbound shipments, proactively identify and address delays, and maintain comprehensive records of such occurrences.
• Prepare Outbound Transit Time:
• Calculate and prepare outbound transit time estimates, ensuring accurate and reliable information for stakeholders.

Work Experience:

• Fresh–2 Years’ Relevant Work Experience
