Assistant Manager – Legal & Taxation

Draft, review, and manage legal agreements, contracts, and company documentation.

Ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory, and statutory requirements.

Handle tax-related matters, including coordination for filings and documentation.

Liaise with external legal advisors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Monitor and update the company on changes in laws and regulations.

Support management in legal risk assessment and decision-making.

Maintain proper legal records and documentation control.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of corporate law and taxation practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and drafting abilities.

Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
