We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Credit Control (Fleet)

Role Overview
The position focuses on managing credit and collections specifically for fleet clients, transport operations, and related accounts, ensuring timely recovery and minimizing credit risk.
Responsibilities
- Manage fleet-related receivables (transporters, contractors, and fleet clients)
- Monitor daily billing and collections for fleet operations
- Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues from fleet customers
- Reconcile fleet accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Track aging reports and highlight overdue/high-risk accounts
- Coordinate with operations and fleet teams for invoicing accuracy
- Implement credit policies specific to fleet and logistics operations
- Prepare weekly/monthly collection and performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting.
- 3–5 years of experience in credit control (preferably in logistics/fleet operations)
- Strong understanding of transport/fleet billing cycles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle high-volume transactions
