We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Credit Control (Fleet)

Karachi, Pakistan | Full-time | Fleet Department

Role Overview

The position focuses on managing credit and collections specifically for fleet clients, transport operations, and related accounts, ensuring timely recovery and minimizing credit risk.

Responsibilities

  • Manage fleet-related receivables (transporters, contractors, and fleet clients)
  • Monitor daily billing and collections for fleet operations
  • Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues from fleet customers
  • Reconcile fleet accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Track aging reports and highlight overdue/high-risk accounts
  • Coordinate with operations and fleet teams for invoicing accuracy
  • Implement credit policies specific to fleet and logistics operations
  • Prepare weekly/monthly collection and performance reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting.
  • 3–5 years of experience in credit control (preferably in logistics/fleet operations)
  • Strong understanding of transport/fleet billing cycles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume transactions
