Business Commercial Lead

Summary:

Drive business growth and development through strategic planning, stakeholder management, and project leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions

Responsibilities:

· Manage terminal business accounts, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Oil Marketing, LPG, and Terminal Business, drafting contracts and negotiating deals.

· Coordinate and facilitate business activities, including key account management, market research, and competitive analysis.

· Direct transportation company operations, overseeing logistics, safety, and regulatory adherence.

· Coordination in export and import operations for petroleum products, ensuring timely and compliant shipments.

· Assist in bulk purchasing, selling, and product pricing strategies.

· Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for LPG Sales and Logistics Operations.

· Provide regular commercial & LPG business Report and performance to senior leadership.

Job Specifications:

Education: B.E (Chemical / Petroleum) with MBA will be a plus

Experience: Minimum 5 - 7 Years preferable in Oil & Gas Sector

Skills: Terminal Storage, LPG Transportation Operations, Market Research, MS Office, Cross-functional Collaboration and communication, Channel Management, Data Analysis & Reporting, Teamwork, Planning & Coordination
