Call Center Executive

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic individuals with strong English communication skills to join our team as Call Center Executives. This role is ideal for candidates who are motivated to grow professionally and are comfortable communicating with customers over the phone. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers over the phone in a clear and professional manner.
  • Introduce and explain the company’s services to potential customers.
  • Maintain positive and professional interactions with customers.
  • Accurately record customer responses and update information in the system.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team targets.

Requirements
