Call Center Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Calling Sales Executive with excellent communication skills and multilingual ability. The ideal candidate should be experienced in handling leads, using CRM systems, and converting prospects through calls.

You will play a key role in turning inquiries into qualified appointments and confirmed clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls for new leads from ads, website, and referrals
• Understand client requirements and guide them toward the right solution
• Convert leads into appointments, consultations, or direct sales
• Maintain accurate data in the CRM system
• Conduct consistent follow-ups until closure
• Use calling systems / auto-dialers / VoIP tools effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client experience
• Achieve sales targets and conversion goals
• Deliver a professional and premium customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in telecalling / inside sales / lead conversion
• Strong working knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience with calling systems / dialers / VoIP platforms
• Excellent speaking skills with clear and confident communication
• Ability to handle objections and close leads effectively
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills

Language Requirements (Very Important)

• Must be fluent in English
• Must know minimum 3 languages (multilingual candidates preferred)
• Arabic speaking is a strong advantage (highly preferred for GCC clients)

Preferred Experience

• Experience in interiors / real estate / home services / luxury segment
• Experience handling UAE / GCC market clients
• Background in high-ticket sales or appointment setting
