About the Job

We are looking for fresh and motivated Call Center Executives to join our U.S. telesales team. This role is suitable for freshers, entry-level candidates, and recent graduates who want to start a professional career in a structured call center environment.

No previous call center experience is required. Paid training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

You will work on U.S.-based telesales campaigns, including Truck Dispatch-related services, and focus on contacting potential customers and generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S.-based customers
• Explain services clearly and professionally in English
• Build basic rapport and handle simple customer queries
• Generate and qualify leads for senior sales teams
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
