Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Off Days: Saturday & Sunday

Compensation: Rs. 35,000 – 45,000 + Incentives

Position Overview

Core Edge Solutions is strengthening its U.S. telesales operations and is looking for fresh, motivated individuals to join our growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong English communication skills who want to begin a long-term career in sales.

You will work on U.S. Truck Dispatch–related telesales projects, communicating with prospects, pitching services, and generating leads. No prior call center experience is required—our training program covers everything you need to succeed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects and present company services
• Build engagement, handle basic objections, and qualify leads
• Update CRM, call logs, and follow-up notes accurately
• Meet weekly and monthly performance expectations

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent spoken English and listening skills
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable in a performance-driven role
• Freshers and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Must be able to work the on-site night shift in DHA Phase 6
