Call Center Floor Manager

We are looking for a Call Center Floor Manager to oversee and drive performance for a fast-growing energy sales operation based in North Miami.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to manage people, push production, and keep energy high on the floor.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage daily operations of the call center floor
  • Monitor agent performance, KPIs, and call quality
  • Coach, train, and motivate agents to hit and exceed targets
  • Work closely with leadership to improve scripts and conversion rates
  • Ensure discipline, structure, and high energy throughout the day
  • Track performance metrics and report on team output

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience managing a call center or sales floor
  • Strong leadership presence — you can command a room
  • Performance-driven mindset (you care about numbers)
  • Experience with outbound dialing and sales environments
  • Ability to train, coach, and hold people accountable
  • Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

Compensation

  • Base salary starting at $60,000/year
  • Override on all agent production (uncapped earning potential)

Location

  • In-office position in North Miami, FL
