Call Center Instructor

Noor Project is dedicated to empowering students by providing quality education and skills training. We are expanding our course offerings and are looking for a skilled and passionate Call Center Instructor to train our students in call center operations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach students about call center operations, customer service techniques, communication skills, and professional etiquette.
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, and practical exercises.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Prepare students for real-world call center environments, including handling calls, managing CRM systems, and conflict resolution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a call center or as a call center trainer.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver training sessions in an engaging and interactive way.
• Familiarity with customer service best practices and call center tools/software.

Location: EME Lahore

Salary: 60,000-70,000 per month.
