Call Center Job for Freshers

We’re Hiring: CSR - Males

Location: P Block, DHA, Main Ghazi Road, Rehman Gardens, Lahore
Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
(If Saturday is worked, extra payment will be provided as per per-day wage)
Salary: PKR 35,000 – 45,000 + Daily Incentives

Requirements

• Male candidates only
• 3–6 months experience in Sales or Customer Service

(International campaign experience preferred)

• Good spoken English and listening skills
• Confident, polite, and professional call handling
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
• Target-driven and punctual

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Communicate clearly with international clients
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain call quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Achieve daily performance and incentive targets
• Record call details and customer information accurately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
