Call Center Jobs (Night Shift)

Timings: 11 PM to 8 AM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
• Handle customer objections with confidence and accuracy
• Close sales in alignment with defined quality standards
• Consistently achieve daily and monthly performance targets

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Prior experience in sales or a call center environment (preferred)
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets
• Commitment to night-shift schedules

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly earnings ranging from PKR 60,000 to 100,000, based on performance
