Job Summary:

Glosix Systems is looking for confident and target-driven Sales Outbound Agents for our UK/USA campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging international clients, generating leads, and closing sales while maintaining professional communication standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the UK/USA markets
• Generate and qualify leads for sales opportunities
• Deliver effective sales pitches and product/service presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
• Handle objections professionally and convert leads into customers
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up with prospects

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in international sales / call center (UK/USA campaigns preferred)
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or fluent accent (must-have)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented with a sales-driven mindset
• Willingness to work in night shifts (UK/USA time zones)
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
