We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads through WALMART LOCATIONS. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in sales, and the ability to engage with prospects effectively. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and supporting our sales team in achieving their targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up.
- Engage in warm calling strategies to nurture existing leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with overall business development strategies.
- Demonstrate negotiation skills to effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections.
- Maintain a strong understanding of technology sales and B2B sales processes to engage prospects confidently.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process, ensuring a positive experience for potential clients.
- Work closely with the inside sales team to hand off qualified leads for further engagement.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
- Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or technical sales preferred.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for lead management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to conduct effective outbound calling campaigns while maintaining professionalism.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and business development strategies is advantageous.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on building relationships and providing value.
