Position: Call Center Customer Sales Representative (CSR) – Night Shift

Salary: Starting from PKR 30,000/-

About the Role

MB Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representatives (CSR). As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, managing outbound calls, answering questions, and offering effective solutions. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to launch a career in customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to customers to promote products and services.
• Actively listen to customer needs and provide accurate, timely information.
• Document customer interactions and details in the system.
• Upsell or recommend products and services when appropriate.
• Build strong customer relationships with a professional and positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age requirement: 18 years or older.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new processes.
• Basic computer and data entry knowledge.
