Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote products and services.
• Actively listen to customers and deliver accurate, timely responses.
• Maintain records of customer details and interactions in the system.
• Recommend or upsell products/services when the opportunity arises.
• Build lasting customer relationships with a professional yet friendly tone.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Age requirement: 18 years or older.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent listening, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
• Quick learner with a positive, customer-first attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
