Call Center Officer

Vivo Pakistan is seeking a dedicated Call Center Officer with excellent customer service and communication skills to join our team. This role requires an individual who can effectively listen to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide accurate information to enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in call handling environments and possesses strong skills in MS Excel along with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree. This position focuses primarily on direct interaction with customers to address their needs, ensuring high-quality service without team management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

We're seeking a resource proficient in handling Hotline, Online/SM, and Live Chat to engage with our current customers. This role involves addressing pre-sales and after-sales inquiries, complaints, and suggestions to enhance our products.

The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, skilled in meeting user demands, and knowledgeable about when to escalate issues. They should uphold high service standards and respond promptly to customers across online platforms.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a call center environment, managing Hotline, live chats and interacting on social media.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
