Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Officer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across all processes, products, and deliverables. You will play a key role in identifying issues, documenting findings, and collaborating with teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure quality standards.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs or defects using QA tools and systems.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing as required.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Prepare and maintain QA reports, test documentation, and quality records.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational quality policies and procedures.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and product reliability.

Requirements:

  • Timings: 8pm-4am
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of QA experience in a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in QA tools and systems (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar).
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software testing methodologies and QA best practices.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
