Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Call Center Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of call center operations, customer service protocols, and quality standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive quality initiatives.
- Strong communication, coaching, and feedback skills.
- Good computer proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
