-Experience: Minimum 3 Years
-Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Call Center Quality Assurance.
  • Strong understanding of call center operations, customer service protocols, and quality standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive quality initiatives.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and feedback skills.
  • Good computer proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
